Feeling a bit down today? Even if you’re slightly dehydrated this can negatively impact your mood so make sure you’re keeping up your fluids!

Make sure you keep up your hydration through out the day to keep the headaches away. If you’ve already got a headache due to dehydration you’ll need double the amount of water to get rid of it.
