Meditating, everyone’s talking about it and doing it but why? Meditation has a long long list of benefits but we’ve got 5 that will make you take up meditating today

Unfortunately most of us deal with stress daily and sometimes its unavoidable so we have to learn to manage it – meditation is a great way to release stress and help you manage a stressful event or day that you may have coming up.

Focusing on your breathing and paying attention to the present without thinking about concerns allows you to turn on your relaxation response which helps you ease into a good nights sleep.

Studies have found that meditation increases brain signalling in the left side of the brain which is responsible for positive emotions while decreasing in the right side which is responsible for negative emotions.
